Instructions to filling online Application for PET-2025
Online  Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) Conducted by Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati.
General Instructions to the Candidate:
- Candidate
 must carefully read the below mentioned Instructions, Ordinance 1/2016
 and Extra Ordinary Direction 02/2025 before filling the application form
 of PET-2025 Entrance Test. Ordinances and Directions are available with
 the online application form.
Fee :
- For appearing in PET:- For General Category - 1200/-
- For Reserved Category - 700/-
- For Differently Abled Category -  Nil
 
- Mode of Payment: - Payment
 can be made through payment gateway option which is integrated with the
 online application form and keep a proof of fees paid for further
 reference.
 
Required documents:
- Candidate shall upload the following documents along with online application:- Photocopy
 of Marks Statement of Master’s Degree. (Those who are appeared for
 final year Master’s Degree examination or if the result is awaited or
 withheld, in such a cases mark sheet should be submitted at the time of
 issue of PET certificate.) If candidates fails to produce required P.G.
 mark sheet certificate of PET shall not be issued.
- Photocopy of the cast certificate in case of reserved category candidates (If applicable).
- Photocopy of the valid non-Creamy layer in case of reserved  category candidates (If applicable).
- Photocopy of the Medical Certificate issued by civil surgeon in case of Differently Abled candidates (If applicable).
 
Instructions for filling online application:
- Candidate can apply for PET-2025 through the ‘online’ mode only.
- Upload
 required scan images like passport size  photograph, Signature in jpg
 format having image size 50kb and certificates like marksheet, cast
 certificate etc. in PDF format having file size 50kb.
- Candidate 
 can review and Edit application form at the stage of reviewing for the
 corrections if any.After submission it cannot be altered.
- Candidate
 can select any three examination centers out of five. However, right to
 allocation of examination center  is reserved with university.
- Once the online application is successfully submitted no correction in the online application form is entertained.
- Only
 one application is to be submitted by a candidate, in case of multiple
 applications candidate form will be rejected. No fees   will refund by
 the University.
- Download, save and print the copy of online application form for further reference.
- Admission Card will get available in candidate Login within two weeks prior to date of online examination.
- Candidate
 is advice to select correct Faculty and Subject as per mentioned in
 his/her Master Degree otherwise form will be rejected.
- Candidate
 who is in final year of examination of the course allotted for PET
 entrance test, the issuance of certificate or admission of such
 candidates is subject to their passing the qualifying examination.
- It
 is the responsibility of the candidate to fulfil the eligibility
 criteria and comply with the admission requirement.  If at any stage it
 is noticed that a false claim has been made by the candidate or
 important material facts have been concealed and / or  candidate is not
 eligible, his candidature shall be liable for cancellation at any stage.
- Candidates
 are not required to submit the printout of application /documents to
 the University after online submission of application.However, those
 documents are to be kept by candidate for future reference.
- Incomplete
 application/ without uploading required documents will be rejected
 without assigning any reason and no correspondence will be  entertained
 by the University in this regard.
- The entrance examination will be conducted as per the medium of instruction for qualifying degree. 
- In
 case of any grievance from the candidate regarding PET, the decision of
 the Vice Chancellor shall be final. The grievances related to PET at
 any stage i.e. pre and post stage, should be submitted within 3 days
 after completion of that particular stage, thereafter no communication
 shall be entertained.
